Galicia, Payangga and Ngoho takes Oath as

BUSECO Board of Directors

 

With the expiry of the terms of incumbent members of the Board of Directors for the District of Manolo Fortich represented by Director Miguel N. Quiňo, for the District of Lantapan represented by Director Jose A. Galula and for the District of Malitbog represented by Director Edwin B. Galicia; and in compliance with the Bukidnon Second Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) by-laws, National Electrification Administration (NEA) Election Code, and Republic Act 10531 otherwise known as NEA Decree, BUSECO conducted District Elections for three (3) districts.

 

Mr. Alex Payangga was proclaimed winner for the District of Manolo Fortich. Ms. Dioscora G. Ngoho was declared winner for the District of Lantapan and Director Edwin B. Galicia was re-elected for the District of Malitbog, henceforth, will continue serving BUSECO the second time around.

 

For the three newly elected directors to do their functions legally, before the conduct of the first Board meeting for the year 2014, they took oath before the Mayor of the municipality of Manolo Fortich, Honorable Mayor Rogelio N. Quiňo on January 10, 2014.

 

BUSECO welcomes the entrance of newly elected Director Alex Payangga and Director Dioscora G. Ngoho to the cooperative. BUSECO is glad for the re-election of Director Edwin B. Galicia.

 

The cooperative hopes that their tenure will be another great help for BUSECO to sustain its current categorization as well as to achieve its dream of becoming a World Class Organization in the near future.
