In full preparation for the historic 42nd Annual General Membership Assembly (AGMA) on July 25, 2026, Bukidnon II Electric Cooperative, Inc. (BUSECO) mobilized its Assembly Teams across 32 clustered barangay venues to ensure a smooth, organized, and empowering cooperative gathering.
To guarantee that democratic processes were upheld with structural rigor and transparency, BUSECO conducted a specialized Seminar on Parliamentary Procedure prior to main event. Facilitated by esteemed expert Dr. Enzo Dinlayan, the training focused on mastering the official Order in Assembly, equipping team leaders with the skills needed to guide proceedings seamlessly across all venues.
Empowering Frontline Leaders: BMCEC Chairmen at the Helm
The core participants of these intensive training sessions were the Barangay Movement for Consumer Empowerment Council (BMCEC) Chairmen. As trusted community leaders, these chairmen were entrusted with crucial responsibilities for AGMA day:
- Facilitating Preliminaries: Opening local proceedings with proper protocol, decorum, and order.
- Presiding over Business Meetings: Leading localized deliberations and guided discussionsacross their respective clustered barangay venues.
- Ensuring Member Empowerment: Providing a structured, accessible platform where every Member-Consumer Owner (MCO) could participate confidently.
Strategic Multi-Branch Training Sessions
To ensure comprehensive coverage across BUSECO’s franchise areas, the capacity-building seminars were hosted in two key regional branches:
- Malaybalay Branch: Held on July 14, 2026, at the Malaybalay Air'bnb Travellers Inn & Resto, D'JM Arcade, Purok 5, Casisang, Malaybalay City.
- Manolo Fortich Branch: Held on July 17, 2026, at the BUSECO RQIM Hall, Manolo Fortich.
Thanks to the dedication of Dr. Enzo Dinlayan and the active participation of the BMCEC Chairmen, BUSECO's Assembly Teams were fully equipped, prepared, and confident ahead of the assembly.
