On March 23, 2026, BUSECO joined the Local Government Unit of Manolo Fortich Convocation alongside the Manolo Fortich Water District (MFWD). This collaborative event provided an important platform to share accomplishments, reaffirm commitments, and strengthen partnerships for community empowerment. As a pioneer in rural electrification and social development, BUSECO continues to serve with integrity and purpose. The convocation highlighted the cooperative’s achievements in 2025, underscoring its dedication to transparency and accountability. By presenting these milestones, BUSECO demonstrated how its programs and services contribute to uplifting communities and ensuring reliable, sustainable energy for its member-consumer-owners (MCOs). Representing BUSECO, Corplan Manager Ethel Marie O. Rubio delivered the report on behalf of General Manager Cristopher A. Dulfo, who was attending another equally significant cooperative engagement. This gesture reflects the cooperative’s commitment to ensuring that its voice and presence remain strong in every community forum. Looking back at 2025, envisioning 2026, captured the spirit of the convocation. It emphasized the importance of reflecting on past achievements while setting clear goals for the future. Through events like this, BUSECO empowers stakeholders and MCOs with unity, transparency, and shared responsibility. By actively participating in the LGU convocation, BUSECO reaffirms its role not only as an energy provider but also as a partner in community development. Together with local institutions such as MFWD, the cooperative continues to build stronger, more resilient communities, anchored on cooperation, service, and trust.
